Dogwood Lodge adopted a Mentorship Program created by Victoria Lodge #1 on Vancouver Island. The purpose of this program is to first inform potential candidate, providing answers to many questions that they might have. Also, to provide a network of knowledgable brethren that a candidate can ask questions of and have discussions with.
